9 days to loose 1.5 pounds, 39 days till paradise

Do you want to know what is better than lazy Sunday mornings? Workout Sunday mornings!

I got my butt up today...granted it was after snoozing for a little bit. I hit the gym, started out with a BodyFlow class that combines pilates, yoga and tai chi. It was a great way to remind me that I still need to focus on my flexibility and stretching. As I am building muscle strength I am loosing my flexibility and that is one of my strengths. So not to worry this chica will maintain her splits while tightening thighs and abs :)

After body flow I wanted to do a butt workout on the elliptical but my gym is increasingly getting whack with so many members and not enough machines (this is the time that I wish all those new years resolutions people would give up already and let me have my gym back). So instead I did some strength training including leg lifts, core workouts and yes Rojan I did the crotch machine! I even threw in some push ups because I will never get better at them unless I spend the time building those muscles.

For inspiration I will be pulling out my bikinis, maxi dresses and shorts today to remind my self that the hot sun reveals all giggles LOL.

Tomorrow I need to do a nice cardio session that will pump some blood back into my heart :)
