Please don't try and hit on women at the gym!

January is almost coming to an end and I fear how dedicated I will be in February.

Today I jumped on the elliptical for 30 minutes at a higher resistance than normal doing an intense Glute work out. It was a bit of a struggle ...especially when the tall good looking man in front of me kept starring me down (note homeboy was all about starring and had no balls to make a move). I wanted to jump on the treadmill after but they were all full :( I hate when I can't work out the way I want so I went and did the well known crotch machine for 3 sets, and the tall sexy man was stretching in front of the next machine I wanted to use and I was in no mood for being his eye candy tonight so I headed over to another cardio machine. I did 15 minutes on this one and to be honest I wanted to jump off at 5 minutes. Thank god for soca because once Wotless came one my energy was back up and I was flying through those 15 minutes.

I went back to the 'reverse; crotch machine (this is the hip abductor) for 3 sets of 12 reps and headed down to the womens only gym to use some leg machines that were taken in the main area. On my way down a short little man with dreads tried to play the I think we know each other card on me. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and offered options of how he knew my face. Homeboy didn't know me!! Fully tried to get my number and after I told him I had a boyfriend he was like 'ok well do you want my number?'. Oh Gosh!!! Steer clear of a short man with sad looking dreads named Kirk at Goodlife Fitness!

I made it to the women's only gym did a core work out set and added a few push ups to keep my commitment of increasing strength in that area.
