Today my plan was to go head to the gym with my friend in the afternoon and get a solid work out in. Unfortunately I had to attend a Board Meeting this morning from 8am to 12:30 pm. To make up for the lost work out I made sure that I walked for an hour instead of taking transit the whole way for my meeting. I have an hour until I have family over for dinner...(I'm being super smart and eating lots of nutrients, I'm even taking my Vitamin D on a regular) After dinner I am going to do a late night strength training session including squats, crunches, lunges, and weight lifting.....Stay tuned to tomorrow's post to see if I actually do as I say.
Carnival concerns:
- Thighs, because I will be wearing many short shorts, otherwise known and batty riders or pum pum shorts lol
- Stomach, because I plan to spend 4 days straight in Tobago wearing nothing but my bikini...Jet Skis here I come!
