Hello blog readers!!!
I am in a great mood today. I have reached my goal of working out 4 times this week. Yesterday I hit the gym with the one hour that I had to spare and did and intense butt workout on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I pushed really hard and I have finally reached that point where I know that if it isn't hurting a little bit I'm not at an intense enough level.
After that I did some weight machines and stuck to my goal of leg definition and did about 4 different leg machines.
Today I dragged my butt out of bed and hit a Pilates Class with my workout buddy! It's so much more inspiring when you have someone to work out with. The class was pretty easy although the leg resistance training was intense and exactly what I needed to define the area referred to as thunder thighs (name courtesy of Christine lol).
It's been great, I have more energy and I'm craving healthy foods! If any man come test my wine @ Carnival time he better be ready for a workout!
